We offer services to solve all types of storage, self storage and logistical problems.
What payment methods are supported?
We offer several payment options – credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Paypal, Stripe or cash at our Storage Warehouse. We accept most major credit and debit cards apart from American Express or Diners Club.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental contract is for one month.
Do you offer any discounts?
For long stay we have the following: if you pay 6 months in advance you save 5%, and if you want to pay 12 months in advance you save 10% of the monthly payment.
How quickly can I move in?
You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry (during office opening hours) providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract.
What do I need to open a contract?
If you are an individual, either a copy of your NIE/DNI, or passport and your bank account number to domicile the payments or Proof of Address. If you are a company, you will need the CIF of the company, copy of company deed, the NIE/DNI of the authorised person and the bank account number to domicile payments.
Can I transfer to another room if I need more or less space?
Yes, you can upscale or downscale whenever you need to. You just have inform us what you need and if there is availability you can do it at the same time.
Do you have trolleys available?
We have trolleys and pallet trucks available free of charge for customers use.
What items cannot be stored?
We do not permit the storage of: Hazardous goods, toxic materials, pollutants, contaminants, waste, perishable goods, live animals, living plants, explosives, firearms, ammunitions.
What hours can I access my unit?
We are opened from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Outside
of these hours the building is fully alarmed with CCTV monitoring.
What happens if I can't pay for my storage room or warehouse?
Everything is detailed in your lease agreement. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the contract we will send you to formalize your rental. If the payment is not made within one month after the expected date of collection of the storage room or warehouse, Blue Stripe Storage will automatically cancel the contract, and you will have one week to retrieve your belongings without incurring any additional charges.
After this period, the client will have three weeks to collect the merchandise after settling the debt owed to Blue Stripe Storage. If two months have elapsed from the date of non-payment, and despite providing customers with various options for asset recovery, Blue Stripe Storage reserves the right to hand over the assets to any socially beneficial or non-profit organization, or dispose of them if there is no interest from such entities.
